"A PLACE WITH GREAT CHARACTER!" PDF Print E-mail

This little place has great character and potential to grow! I love going out to eat to small places and the other night, which was a Thursday by the way, my friend invited me to this little wine & tapas bar in Miami Lakes called El Pimiento. Let me tell you that you will not find this place unless you had been already!! I was lost for about an hour but finally found it and it was worth the headache...lol. They had live flamenco and the atmosphee was exceptional. A lot of young professionals hanging out and enjoying a little piece of Spain in Miami. I enjoyed the food, the service and overall the entire night! Thanks for the invite my friends!

"We had a great time!"

We just finished eating at El Pimiento in Miami Lakes after watching the Light show on Main Street and a friend recommended this little Tapas bar down the road from where we live. Let me tell you this place was jammin, we sat at the bar and enjoyed a little music, nice tapas and the wonderful atmosphere. Highly suggest! The food and overall attention was great... we will return.

This place is in my regular rotation, my wife and I  visit it every two months or so.  The Spanish style tapas are well priced and generally delicious.  There is an large wine selection, although at times the more popular (and less expensive) selections are out.  The wait staff is friendly and attentive.  At times, because of its popularity there is sa noticable lag in service (on one occaision they completely forgot one of our orders and offered to comp us the dish), but my wife and I generally do not go here when in a hurry so we generally don't mind the wait.
